• Winner: 5 points
• 1^st runner-up: 4 points
• 2^nd runner-up: 3 points
• Finalists (3^rd and 4^th runner-up): 2 points
• Semifinalists (top 10 and 20): 1 point

• Peru is leading the International Beauty Ranking 2017 at the moment.
• Laos debuted in the ranking. This Southeast Asian country achieved its first ever point in 6 main international pageants.
